YOGA SHRED is a cross-training combination of yoga and HIIT (high intensity interval training) created by fitness and yoga expert, Sadie Nardini. Yoga moves are used throughout the entire class to give you a safe yet super effective class. You'll experience a total body cardio workout. Yoga Shred will improve core strength, burn fat and torch calories. Starting with a vinyasa flow and adding dynamic sequences using Tabata style intervals for a fun, safe and intense workout. The "shred" part of the class is sandwiched between a vinyasa warm-up and a relaxing and rejuvenating cool down leading to savasana. Modifications and challenges offered to make this class accessible to all levels of fitness.
